Material Responsibility Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

This policy establishes strict guidelines for the handling, storage, and use of all materials supplied by manufacturers to production partners through the WestitchitNow platform.

2. Ownership Principles

All materials, samples, designs, and intellectual property supplied by manufacturers remain the sole and exclusive property of the manufacturing factory at all times.This includes fabrics, cut pieces, samples, design specifications, patterns, labels, tools, and digital files.

3. Prohibited Activities

Production partners agree NOT to:

• Sell any materials to third parties.
• Copy any designs, patterns, or technical specifications.
• Reuse any materials for other clients or personal projects.
• Divert any materials to other manufacturers or unapproved partners.
• Disclose any design information to competitors or unauthorized parties.

4. Secure Storage Requirements

• Store materials in secure, designated areas within the workshop.
• Maintain inventory records for all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Restrict access to authorized personnel only.
• Report any missing or unauthorized access to WestitchitNow immediately.

5. Violation Consequences

• Immediate Removal: Termination of partnership without notice.
• Financial Liability: Full compensation for lost or damaged materials.
• Legal Action: Criminal and civil action for theft, fraud, or IP violations.
• Permanent Blacklisting: Permanent exclusion from the network.

6. Acknowledgment

By accepting the Production Partner Agreement, you acknowledge you have read and understood this policy and agree to comply with all its terms.
