WestitchitNow operates a managed production capacity network that connects garment manufacturers with verified stitching partners. We facilitate the assignment of production work and provide coordination and quality assurance services.

3. Registration and Account

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Comply with all verification requirements
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Materials Ownership and Responsibility

Critical Policy — Please Read Carefully. All materials, samples, designs, and patterns supplied by manufacturers remain the sole property of the factory at all times.

  • Factory owns all supplied materials, samples, designs, and patterns
  • Materials may NOT be sold, copied, reused, or diverted
  • Unauthorized use may result in immediate removal and legal action

5. Production Commitments

  • Deliver quality that matches approved samples
  • Adhere to agreed delivery timelines
  • Communicate delays immediately to WestitchitNow
  • Maintain quality standards throughout production

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these Terms, unauthorized use of materials, fraudulent activity, or quality violations.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
