Production Partner Agreement

1. Introduction

This Production Partner Agreement governs the relationship between WestitchitNow and the production partner regarding production capacity services.

2. Partner Commitments

• Quality Standards: Maintain quality that matches or exceeds approved sample quality.
• Delivery Commitments: Honor all agreed delivery timelines; communicate delays immediately.
• Capacity Accuracy: Represent capacity information accurately throughout the partnership.

3. Materials and Property Rights

Critical Provision. The partner acknowledges and agrees that:

• All materials supplied by manufacturers remain the exclusive property of the factory.
• All samples, designs, patterns, and technical specifications belong to the factory.
• Materials may NOT be sold, copied, reverse-engineered, or reused without permission.
• Unauthorized use may result in immediate removal from the network and legal action.

4. Assignment Acceptance and Priority

The partner agrees to prioritize assigned work according to agreed delivery commitments and not accept conflicting work without prior written approval.

5. Confidentiality

The partner agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all manufacturer information, production specifications, and business relationships accessed through the platform.

6. Termination

WestitchitNow may terminate immediately for material breach, violation of the materials policy, or quality violations.

7. Digital Consent

By checking the acceptance boxes during onboarding, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by all its terms. This digital consent has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
